WARNING, STAY AWAY!! APRIL: Had water intrusion, paid for an inspection. Never received the report. They blew me off for weeks. I followed up with them and they came back out after several calls to management. Then ghosted me fast forward to now. I had a great experience with All American Mitigation and would highly recommend them! I was out of town when I discovered I had water damage, and Daniel responded quickly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. All American did the water removal, mold mitigation and rebuild of our home in Big Bear. While the water removal and mold mitigation jobs were done well, the rebuild of the home is the WORST craftsmanship I’ve ever seen. We’ve found multiple code violations such as romex electrical wiring just zip tied together expose in the back of our cabinets, electrical outlet just covered up by cabinets, floor AC vents that were covered up with the flooring rather cutting and fitting the vent to the new floor. Updating my review! I continue to leave 5 stars for this company! They are honest, professional, and responsive. Daniel and his team have been amazing on two separate jobs for me recently. One had a very complex water intrusion and mold issue that required detective work and hard work in a space that was not easily accessible. Company claims to be veteran friendly but I didn't feel the friendliness. They not only make you wait for services to be completed due to their issues with insurance companies, they don't even call you to update you on when services will begin. I had to call them and everytime I called it was some lie about how they'll try to get me on the schedule. Don't see how they have such high ratings. Then when we canceled our contract with them my wife sent them a long (respectable) text and of course it got ignored. Grown men can't ... read more
