When I’ve needed to rent furniture they’ve been amazing! Great place to stage your home as well! The guys there are fantastic! And if something ever was wrong it was not hard to fix the issue or the furniture.
I can't say enough good things about Mike the Mgr. & Arnie @ the N. Kearney Store. Scott you should be awfully happy to have a Mgr. as smart & customer service oriented as Mike is. He worked with me & I paid off another piece of furniture that I was so happy to be able to do & call it my own. Mike had alot to do with it as well as Arnie. They both were there to help with the my payment schedule & we got it done. They have been a blessing. Thank you to ALL of you including Scott too!! I never will go anywhere else!!
So the reason why I am giving a 5 Star review is because I have been with All American Rental for 9+ years i believe!! I know it's been years that I have been with them!! They are my family!! Even tho we aren't blood related I still look at them as my family! There as been times where I couldn't make my full payment and they have worked with me! Great friendly staff and great atmosphere
In store employee, Rick, was extremely helpful and personable. Delivery driver showed up to my house early, accommodated amazingly and was trustworthy and personable. I would absolutely recommend this company and the south Springfield store.
