Bought an above ground pool and the sales team was great and so was the after purchase support.
Great store! They have everything you need for pool and hot tub supplies.
Terrible customer service. Our tub arrived dirty with broken parts. We’ve called and called and no one will return the calls or provide the promised parts. Calls would be transferred with promises of return calls that never occurred. Two years later, we still don’t have the pieces. We’ve given them every opportunity to respond and honor their commitments. Hot tub is marginal at best.
Always friendly, great prices, good recommendations.
Jake is always helping us when we come in for hot tub chemicals. He tests our water and knows which chemicals we need balance our water chemistry.
