Took depost, now can't deliver product. Put a deposit on a scooter in the fall with plans of riding it in the spring. I got a call in early March that since the snow was gone, I could pick up a scooter, but the one I put the deposit on was not available. I have asked for my deposit back, they were going to have to 'figure out how to refund it'. I am still trying to get my deposit back on a product they could not deliver. They are even not replying to the BBB.

All American Recreation is really all american. This store is quite expensive. They have really good stuff in there though and the sales folks are really friendly. I went in there because I was turning around in their lot and saw a tanning booth on display right through the window. I thought it was a casket and couldn't believe my eyes. That was before I knew who they were. They explained to me very nicely what it was and invited me to buy one of course. I have liked them ever since-without the tanning booth.
