We rented from All American Realty and took excellent care of the home. At move-out, their property manager conducted a walkthrough and told us everything looked great. No concerns were raised. No issues were mentioned. We were under the clear impression we had fulfilled our responsibilities. Over the course of two years, our property was managed by All American and rented to two tenants. Upon the departure of the second tenant, we returned to find significant property damage well beyond what could be considered normal wear and tear. We reported these concerns to the company. A representative responded, attributing much of the damage to the first tenant and explaining that, due to changes in staff, they could not speak to how prior issues had been handled.
