This company is a great asset to the community. Friendly people and competent appraisers. nice!
This was not my choice of this company for my appraisal and I see why. I have called at least 5 different appraisal companies and asked them 1 question. Do you ever cross state lines to compare houses? Every single company said NEVER. All American did resulting in a low appraisal. I live near water, in a gated community. I also had comparables in my community that they did not use! I have asked for owner to return my call so I could ask that question. Will not return call. This company is subpar at best. Use another company!
