Have been using All American for the last few years now. I've done the work myself, used other services, etc. With All American, our pool has never looked so consistently good. Their customer service has been unmatched. They treat you as a valued customer, not just another account. This goes for every single person that I have dealt with there. This, plus their knowledge & resources makes using them an absolute no-brainer. They have earned the 5 stars I would give them... Highly Recommend!
I have been with them a number of years and know most of them. Any problems with my pool, they help me figure out the best option and get it done right for the season to swim. Today was my second time ever to walk into a pool store. I received help from jason, and it was a very informative and helpful experience. He demonstrated great professionalism and represented this company well. He wasnt pushy trying to upsell me stuff, rather he was giving sound advice and reasonable suggestions. As a first time pool owner its a little imtimidating not knowing alot about pools, but this was a great experience today. Deffinetly going to go back.
