I've had nothing but problems since brand new heater was installed. This company sucks. Do not use them. I am now using a different company to fix my heater every year. They will never step foot in my house again. Anyone else want to file a lawsuit against this company?

We had issues with our outdoor ac unit. I called Tim and he was out the next day after talking options we decided to upgrade our entire system. They provided a lot of details and they were back out the very next day and installed the new furnace and ac unit and took away all the scrap. He also sent before and after photos since I was not home. Very pleased with the quality of work and we definitely highly recommend

Tim rocks. Same day service with a smile. Very honest. Upfront pricing. He’s the real deal. Has become my go-to HVAC/Plumbing pro over the past year. Oh yeah one more thing, he answers the phone when you call him!!! Thanks Tim and All American!

We have a basement bathroom with pit and ejector pump. Tim came in the afternoon on the same day I called to check it out. We realized that after 9 years the sump pump was shot. By 8am the next morning Tim was back with a new pump and performed the job within an hour. We used ALL-American before which is why we decided to call them again. We were not disappointed, once again. Would recommend Tim and ALL-American anytime!

I called for a leaking water heater. Tim showed up about an hour after I called. He checked on the issue, and returned with a new unit within the hour. He completed the install, and everything works great. Now all of this was done while I was at work. So the communication was great! Didn’t even get to thank the guys in person. But THANK YOU!
