Our termite inspection came due. The guy that they sent did not even go under our house. From the time he rang my doorbell, went back to his truck to put on his overalls and came back to my door and said he was fi ished was 14 minutes. The lady who answers the phone is no help, the office manager has been out of the office for 3 weeks helping her mother but will not return a call, and they refuse to have the owner call me. I would NOT recommend this company!
Regular preventive service done by this company for many years. Never any issues. Very quick to do extra service if there are spiders etc showing up unexpectedly . Very good service and comparable pricing.
Sent us a “90 days past due” renewal bill for services we never received or signed up for. Purchased our home June 2022. AAPC showed up asking if we wanted to continue previous owner’s service. We declined. They showed up again August 2024 with same question — again we declined. Shortly after we received a bill for “overdue” renewal of services (in our name - not previous owners). Scam.
absolutely best customer service of any business I’ve dealt with in Morehead city. We moved and transferred service with the help of the ladies in the office. I highly recommend All American Pest Control.
