In 2007 I had my first child at Womack and Dr. Ponder was on call there and I so appreciated his take charge attitude that got things done when needed. After my husband got off active duty we looked up Ponder's office and have been going there ever since. I'm about to have my sixth child next week which will be my 2nd c-section. I been coming here for the last 2 months or so. Can't really complain about the services so far. the nurses are very nice to me and my family and the staff as well. they do take sometime to see you once you are in the back but overall it was the only doctor that took me as a patient when I came from PA.
I think I've heard to many awful things of this office freind very dear to me lost her baby due to lack of procedures and anatomy labs and ultrasounds. She had her son at Duke and hospital was so surprised she didn't know about her babies heart defect said it was Detective at 6/8 weeks
I came all the way from Salemburg for my appointment. As soon as I got my son to school I rushed home to take a shower.. I called and told the receptionist I was on Owen Drive and about to be there. There was a wreck on Owen Drive so it was a little difficult getting to the office. I walked in the office at 9:17, she told me I had a 15 minute window... My appt was at 9am, I walked IN THE BUILDING at 9:17 and she had the worst attitude and was so rude to me and rescheduled me. The ONLY reason I'll be back here next week, is b... read more
