American Mobility is always responsive to requests for assistance, quickly responds and reasonably priced.
Very experienced personnel from the first phone call with the receptionist to the technician that installed the device. Regardless of the quality of the equipment and the experience of the personnel, attitude is one of the greatest requirements. The personnel are user friendly. My wife and I were very pleased. Recently had routine service performed on our stairlift, its first after being in operation for 4 years. The routine service consisted of checking all components, cleaning the contacts and rails. Additionally, the backup batteries were replaced. The technician showed up at the scheduled time, was courteous and very knowledgeable. The work was completed in a reasonable time to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend All American Mobility.
As always, fast, friendly and professional service by every member of the All American Mobility team. From sales and installation, to ongoing service and support, this is the only team I will work with to support my wife's mobility needs.
