Carol and Extra Space storage has been a breath of fresh air. God is good I had to patience with God to make a miracle come true. First of all, this location has morphed into a safe and professional place to store my items after going through helll in the last six years with past owners. Thank you Carol and Extra Space Storage.

Carol and team are awesome! Carol answered all of my questions and gave me a tour of the facility. I went to quite a few storage companies and sites before settling on Extra Space Storage. I love the clean look of sites and amazing customer service.
Great experience
Making the purchase online was a breeze. I was contacted immediately after the purchase with the gate code. Upon entering in the unit I had a lock provided just as advertised. Im my situation I ended up purchasing a unit on the second floor. Upon arrival I noticed the heat was borderline unbearable and summer has not even begun yet. I contacted the facility and was assisted by Carol. A wonderful technician by the way, she helped me get a new unit on the floor level with a rate very close to what I originally had agreed to.
