I called from Spring Creek Nevada(8 hours away) to reserve a 10x10 unit for Saturday Sept 5 at 4pm as I am moving. I arrived at agreed date and time. Office closed so I called. Same woman answered and said. “ I looked at the “ thingy” and we don’t have any 10x10 units. You can rent a 10x15 or 10x20.” I said ( with my belongings in the van, at the start of Labor Day weekend) “can you rent one to me at the price of a 10x10.” NO I can’t do that. We had rat poop all over our stuff and water spots on our mattresses. Don’t recommend it.
