I bought a ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP from this company. They were very accommodating, everything went as planned. The tech met with me, introduced the features, demonstrated usage; perfect. They billed my insurance, never had a problem! Great experience.
As a longtime member of the healthcare community at our local hospital I want to refute the previous review. I have personally seen this company stay with patients for extended periods of time to assure comprehension of any service or equipment they provide. They were not given the opportunity to fix the previous family members misunderstanding why their mother had equipment ordered by the physician. They are a rip off..... they sold my mother something she didn't even need and then charged her insurance an outrageous amount
