I am very disappointment with Alex and his staff member Kate. I purchased items at their location and they attempted to scam me an additional 12% fee. If you are financing through Progressive, please know that they can not charge any interest fee on behalf of Progressive nor can they charge sales tax. Their customer service is absolutely the worst and they will just hang up to avoid correcting an issue. Read your contract and know your rights!!!! DO NOT BE SCAMMED BY UNFAIR DECEPTIVE LOAN PRACTICE.
