Once furniture leaves their warehouse. Anything overlooked is on you. it becomes 50% less value!! They have a 50% restocking fee for returns. I was told by the owner ALEX himself. I have only had mine for 2 days and he wouldn't take it back without 50%. Which was not in the contract. Their contract states : Page 1 Section 6: 6. Ty kindly but the lease was with your finance Co. not AAM&F. We apologize for your unsatisfied experience but it Makes no sense for us to go through the effort to deliver and set up brand new furniture for a customer especially if Special Ordered then be expected a few days later that it can be returned without restocking fee. Nobody likes other peoples "Slightly Used" furniture. It's hard enough to sell it at our wholesale discounts better yet tell someone hey it's just a little beat up. A great place with lots of nice things and the furniture is a nice price but the shipping cost way to much so it adds up
