Absolutely horrible it’s a scam!!! They took my deposit and wouldn’t give it back… they gave me a contract for an agreement of 625 then on day of pick up changed it to 1400 dollars!!! Then refused to refund me when I have the written
My last 4 bookings were a no show. I had to keep rescheduling my doctor appointments and each time a no show. Horrible and unreliable.
I utilize their service weekly for Doctor appointments and shopping. They send an Uber and are very reliable. I have always had great service on the phone. I appreciate this service so much, and as a passenger I really depend on it.
Would not recommend this service to anyone. I have been treated with no respect and cannot get the correct vehicle to meet my needs. Terrible communication with the people in charge.
Bad broker, will undercut your rate post booking and call you back expecting you to take the lower rate or they will cover with someone else. Do not advise booking with them in tight areas as you will get screwed.
