My last 4 bookings were a no show. I had to keep rescheduling my doctor appointments and each time a no show. Horrible and unreliable.
I utilize their service weekly for Doctor appointments and shopping. They send an Uber and are very reliable. I have always had great service on the phone. I appreciate this service so much, and as a passenger I really depend on it.
Would not recommend this service to anyone. I have been treated with no respect and cannot get the correct vehicle to meet my needs. Terrible communication with the people in charge.
Bad broker, will undercut your rate post booking and call you back expecting you to take the lower rate or they will cover with someone else. Do not advise booking with them in tight areas as you will get screwed.
Watch out for a driver in truck 1397 As to be a professional truck this guy is not. He likes to cut you off so close and makes you have to hit your breaks to avoid being hit. I guess this is the new wave of drivers today.
