We had a great experience using All American Limousine Service. We needed a group of 7 picked up at 3am and taken to the airport. Our driver was 5 minutes early and very friendly. We used this service again when we landed and our driver was waiting on us when we landed. Would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

We had a horrible experience with this company. After accepting our money and confirming by email, they failed to show up on the morning my entire family was headed to the airport. The person on the phone was not even apologetic and did not try to solve the issue. They then promised a credit to our credit card, but failed to provide any credit. We had to go through the credit card company to get the refund. Stay away from this company. They are simply not reliable!!!

Buyer Beware!!! I reserved and paid for limo service 3mo in advance. I called one week before the trip to confirm everything and was told the limo I reserved is no longer available and I would have to pay another $150 to reserve a different car. I asked for a refund and they told me because I made the reservation and paid 3mo ago, I would have to request the refund through PayPal. I had to file a claim with PayPal and am still waiting for my refund.
