jboyd I hired Martha to file a bankruptcy case for me. She accepted half down, and the other half at completion of my paperwork. She called me and told me she was finished with the paperwork, and I need to come in a sign the paperwork. When I went to sign the first time she wasn't there and told me she had an emergency and to put the check in the mail slot and we can reschedule. I was reading the reviews below. The one dated 7/14/2009 is the owner of the company. I can't believe she would really do that, but I do, because she is a scammer and theif. Believe me, don't ever hire this company or person. She isn't under in attorney, and if she says she is, you better call that attorney.
