Giving 2 stars because they started off really strong. Pricing was extremely reasonable & James was very professional when he came out for the estimate. The last several months have been awful. So much so that I thought they had quit servicing our property until I saw the credit card statement. Reached out about 6 weeks ago & asked them to address the situation. Took about 10 days to get a response. I thought we regrouped & were going to get a different result. Fast forward to 6 weeks later & our property still looks abandon... read more
