Excellent. They used a waterjet to clear sewer line hard blockage. They were courteous, clean, respectful and professional. They were smart and experienced. Excellent team.
The guys were so kind and gentle. They didn’t mind the dogs! They explained what they were doing, when and why. Very pleased with the service from Melinda on the phone to the team that came out to help!
I would rate the company highly for the repair work performed. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and completed the job efficiently. The quality of the work appears solid, and the issue has been resolved. My only feedback would be regarding the warranty period — I do wish the guarantee had been longer for added peace of mind. That said, overall I am satisfied with the service provided and appreciate their responsiveness.
