Don and Edwin(?) were outstanding. Far beyond my expectations. Explained risks of power jetting due to quirks and issues with our building and similar in Lansdowne Woods. Recommended snaking with smaller diameter cable but larger and more efficient cutting head. That worked great. They were knowledgeable, professional, efficient and thorough. Kept us totally informed. Awesome work and professionalism.
Techs did an excellent job opening my drain. However, I feel their minimum fee of $995.00 is too expensive and no one told me that until they showed up.
