Did a great job cleaning the carpet in our den. Very friendly, professional, and punctual would recommend them to anyone.
This company was very easy to work with and he even came in under the estimate! He did a great job cleaning our carpets and was very polite and would always answer texts almost immediately! We will use them again in the future!
I highly recommend All American Initiative! With two children, our carpets had a lot of random stains and playdoh stuck in it, so instead of replacing the carpet first, we decided to give this business a try after a friend suggested them. I am SO glad we did. There are no more stains and it looks brand new again! Tim was so helpful and did an awesome job. We are very happy with the results!
5 stars!! Tim did an incredible job with my living room rug that needed some much needed TLC! I wish I had taken a before and after because it looks so much better now. Tim is kind, professional and I can tell he truly cares about the satisfaction of his customer. He was easy to get a hold of and quick to answer my questions. Pricing was very reasonable. All American Initiative, Inc. did a great job cleaning and repairing our 19 year old carpets. One room had very visible ripples that needed to be stretched out and there were stains in every room. They all look new again! I was very impressed by Tim's attention to detail and professionalism.
I actually re-activated my facebook account so that I could recommend this company to anyone needing their services. They are very professional and really care about the end game, but doing what is best for the customer most important at the same time.. I don't recommend people usually because I am just like most people and don't have the time, but I felt compelled to write this because this is a good company and I felt like they deserved it because most people only react when it's' a bad experience. Thanks guys!
