“Techs” were completely clueless. Spent the whole time on the phone calling someone else trying to troubleshoot. Claimed it needed a control board, Charged me for a part that it didn’t need. After they put it on they tried calling the owner of Alpena Supply to figure out what it actually was. They claimed they were calling another “tech”. Plumbing service , didnt let me know about extra charges for an assistant, they didnt have the right equipment and had to go get an extra plunger , took 30 min to get plunger, and i understand getting in a crawl space is no fun but being charged 3 hrs for only 2.5 hrs of work and extra charges for assistant that were not discussed is not a proper way to run a business and yes i do know cause we own a small business and we discuss extra charges before hand.
