I called them Sunday night close to 10 pm after suffering through a lack of AC. A Tech was here the next and my AC was working again within 20 mins. I appreciated that they were prompt, personable, and competitively priced. I highly recommend this Family business for their AC expertise.
My HVAC system suddenly stopped cooling in the middle of a home renovation, so I called All American. The very next morning Sam showed up and figured out the root cause in a few minutes. Turns out the outside Dual Capacitor had died. Sam was able to install a brand-new Dual Capacitor quickly, and pointed out my filter was in poor condition and had to be replaced ASAP. He also gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain my unit. I won't hesitate to call them again for my future HVAC maintenance needs!
Sam quickly diagnosed the problem. Later the same day I got called with a quote on the repair but was told the part may take awhile to come in. The very next day, the part had come in, and they were ready to schedule the repair. Very quick turnaround and quality repair!
I had my home HVAC system (furnace and air conditioner) replaced when my previous unit failed. I hired this company to do the work. They provided a very reasonable estimate and kept to it, completing the work in a timely fashion. The unit has performed very well for several months now.
Have used these guys numerous times. They are fast, friendly & efficient & with a great price. I highly recommend All American Heating & Cooling
