We have been customers and subsequently friends with Mark for almost 30 years. He has always given us exemplary trustworthy service. This past February after a ten day hospital stay for post cancer treatments, we came home late in the day to no heat. Mark came to our house almost immediately and got our furnace up and running. He absolutely refused payment. As I write this three months later, I’m brought to tears over his kindness and compassion. If you choose to call Mark, I will guarantee that you will not be disappointed.
Mark is the best!!! Furnace went out this morning, during 15" snow storm, he was here quick and was able to fix our problem. He was my first contact when we moved here, 11 years ago, and he's a SUPER NICE guy!! Thanks Mark, what would we do without you!?
