Called because when I turned on my air conditioning it actually blew very warm. This would happen at all times, even when the unit was turned off unless it was turned off at the breaker box. Maintenance rep came out and discovered that there was a shirt on the electric line that goes to the heating elements in the air exchanger. Within a short time he had run down the short, fixed it and had us blowing cool air again.
