Lisa is always happy and so helpful, even though I didn’t have an appointment. Took care of the problem and I was on my way.

I was greeted very friendly and welcoming by Lisa. I was taken back within a few minutes. Laney was also very friendly and accommodating. She was clear and thorough in explaining each test procedure. After the test results she was kind but honest about my prognosis and options for improving my hearing.
