I paid $4k for inside the ear hearing aids at this place 1-1/2 years ago. They worked fine for six months then problems. The sound was muddled to the point I could not understand anything. They were sent to the factory 4 times without improvement. One of them completely died. My last visit for help the rep tried to sell me a behind the ear for $2k. Received a letter in the mail for Free testing and scoping of the ears. I Figured it would be good to get some outside testing other than the VA testing. I did tell the person that set up the appointment, that I get my Hearing aids from the VA because of my service-connected hearing. Had an appointment for a Friday, well I was on my way to the appointment and received a cell. They had to reschedule the appointment, so we rescheduled it for the following Monday.
