They forget to pay you sometimes. They have sent me to nursing homes where the staff had obviously abused patients. A few times the aides would disappear from some of the facilities. I complained to one of the nursing homes' management that one of the patients clearly had a bowel movement from days prior because the stool was basically stuck to his skin. I was then terminated. Do yourself a favor and don't work for these people.
