All American is supposed to take care of some of our neighborhood open areas and an area that I look at everyday. Unfortunately, for 3 years this area has been grossly neglected from the other areas. Over grown weeds, grass left to die and doesn't get watered. Shrubs grow into my property that I have to pay to have someone trim back. When they come to mow, that's pretty much all they do. I had a 3pm appointment and our contractor was over 15 minutes late. These people do not respect your time and he should've sped just a little bit faster while driving down i25. Lawn is still as smooth as this driver's brain. (Truck AAG-140, BVK-211). Seriously though, we were cut off on a single lane on ramp and run off the road due to recklessness. This company needs a better driver training program.
