I’ll start this review the same way many others do: I’m not a big fan of car dealerships in general. I’ve owned Porsches, BMWs, Mercedes, and many other vehicles over the years—from high-end to mid-range—so I’ve experienced a wide range of dealerships. Was given a quote for front bearings just over $1,100 for 2006 Ford Fusion because I was told they will not change the bearings with out replacing the knuckle. Made appointment for when parts would be in and brought the vehicle in and then price changed from $1,100 to $2,300, with out an alignment now, while my car was there. When I refused because it was not the estimate agreed upon I was forced to pay 190 dollars diag fee or I would not get my car back.
