The process as we all know buying a car has its challenges. The salesperson was Joey DeGasperis who was kind not pushy and extremely helpful in the end to close the deal. He went above and beyond to make my daughter’s wish come true. Highly recommend him soft spoken but knew how and what to do to allow us to purchase the truck. I dealt with Al (sales) and Mark (sales manager) and it was ~ an hour for a test drive and reaching a fair price for the vehicle. It took longer to print and sign the sales agreement than the entire process. I felt they were both easy to deal with and there was no pressure, and I would consider buying another vehicle here in the future.
I felt like I was dealing with longtime friends at the dealership from Justin to Mark and Mark everyone was helpful answered questions and the experience didn’t seemed forced! They could have sold us the more expensive vehicle but they guided us to the right car to fit our family.
Second vehicle from them. Always a smooth transaction with friendly staff!
