The men who installed the carpet did an excellent job, and the quality of their work was outstanding. However, communication began to decline after I paid in full before the installation took place. I had to escalate my concerns to the manager and felt disrespected as a paying customer, which was very frustrating. The service was on the expensive side, and I believe I could have found a more reasonably priced option with similar results. Because of these issues, I would not use this company again.
Was looking for Mohawk engineered wood for kitchen remodel. AAF was quick to respond to my call, ordered the boxes and I had it in a week. Two things I liked—family-run business in Farmers Branch and the follow-up communication before and after my order came in. Thanks Nick for making this customer feel valued. If you haven’t seen their showroom, they have quite a selection.
