They were supposed to come on Monday then and the afternoon of Monday they called and said they would be there Tuesday and nobody showed up and I called the office number and the owner ended up coming over about 5 PM and he didn't know how to fix it and he called some other guy that came over to fix it. And I was charged more than the one hour fee that I was supposed to be charged.
