Great group. Friendly , and had a generator so I could run my A/C. It was a very hot day. They go above and beyond.
My microwave tripped this morning in the kitchen and I didn’t have power in three outlets. Recent widow and my husband used to do all this stuff. I called to make an appointment and Jeremiah led me through what to do over the phone no charge. Power restored and will use All American in the future if I have to. Huge thanks!!
I’m sorry but dealing with this company has been stressful, time consuming and unproductive. The people who have come out have been nice but I feel a more thorough investigation is warranted as neither worker went into my antic or under the home to search for the problem. No fault to them, it seems the company does not have the best track record with contractors so i understand.
