I was there for 3 hours getting to tire fixed the boy that was in the shop by himself didn't know what the hell he was doing crazy I had to get somebody out of the other shop to come over there help him. I'm sure that with all the reviews that they're pretty good company but it left a bad taste in my mouth have to wait 3 hours for a tire repair and I was the only truck there

Wonderful service! We broke down with our RV (think flat tire with cables wrapped around rim) in a small town. Phone service was gracious and efficient. Told us they would be out within the hour. Nate showed up 30 minutes later and had us back on the road in 30 minutes. He even had a smile on his face the entire time! All businesses should be run this way!!!

We would like to thank the people of American Diesel for their help and service. We had a breakdown with our RV on I-35 N, which is not fun, but we landed at the right place!
The best little shop in texas
Where do I begin. I can't say enough about the staff. I broke down at buc-ees gas station. Wayne- a sales manager saw me there and offered his assistance. It was after hours but he stayed with me until another staff member came to give me a jump. They followed me to their shop and then drove me to a hotel. Next morning they fixed my car and picked me up from the hotel back to the shop. I haven't met a kinder staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and fixed my car. I am very grateful to All American
