Terrible response time and customer service. The customer service is handled by sales reps and they will run you in circles if there is any problems. I’ve placed 2 orders through this company and each time there has been an issue. My First order I paid for a pallet of bottles that the representative sold me and when the shipment came it was only 10 cases or one layer of bottles on a pallet.
