The owner here is and always has been years ahead of the mma world. Especially when it comes to striking. True story, he hit me with a jump of the cage superman punch probably 2 yrs before Pettis did it. I was like where's he going. I turned to see where and was met with a fist to the face.
This gym is hands down one of the best fitness and training facilities that you can find anywhere! The gym and martial arts room are both kept in immaculate condition. Matt is highly skilled, personable, and is a fantastic instructor not only with kids, but with adults as well. My family and I cold not be more happy with our experience here so far. This place is fantastic! I wanted to take my son somewhere for MMA training. We are four months in and couldn’t be more pleased. My son has learned so much, as have I, from listening and watching. Matt is an excellent teacher and explains everything in great detail. I highly recommend the private lessons as well as the classes offered. The gym is extremely clean and the atmosphere is professional while fun. Top notch 👍
