I’m so glad I went out on a limb and gave this gym a chance—it ended up being everything I hoped for and more. I train here twice a week for about two hours each time, working on boxing, kickboxing, and jiu jitsu, and it’s honestly become one of the best parts of my routine. Just got back from a training session at the new facility, its great! The old gym was good but this new one blows it out of the water. Matt is a great guy and is a VERY gifted teacher. He makes things extremely clear and easy to understand. The gym itself is great and makes it possible to achieve any fitness goal I may have for myself in the future. I would confidently put this facility as well as the instructor against any other one in the state! Highly recommend.
Great MMA Gym, I’ve been going There for a while and the instruction is top-notch. I’ve been able to learn quite a bit of boxing, wrestling and jiu-jitsu And it’s really helped my fitness. Overall, I would definitely recommend these guys!
My son has been so much better overall. It's an amazing place to teach our kids not only DISCIPLINE but also structure in life. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR YOUR KIDS. The training is ABSOLUTELY TOP TIER!! I AM BEYOND GRATEFUL FOR THE LEADERSHIP AND GUIDANCE FROM THE TRAINERS. I AM SO HAPPY WITH THEM!! MY SON ALSO LOVES THE TRAINING AND ENJOYS IT HIMSELF!! AGAIN I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
