This review is for my experience with the service department, but remember, you got to deal with them sometime after the sale... After reading the reviews and comparing them to my situation, I feel that they're probably okay to do an oil change or something quick and simple, but be warned if you have major repairs to be done. Read the other reviews. There's a good chance you'll be swept under the rug and become one of the forgotten. Went in this afternoon after seeing a truck that was advertised on the website. No problem getting approved for the loan. Application process was about 10-15 minutes. The lady that helped us was super nice! The truck on the website was listed as drive now price of $46k. The lady comes back and says ok monthly payment will be $1,400 a month! On a $46k truck with almost perfect credit? She was like, that truck is $77k. Talk about false advertising. Scammers. Over charge. Charged $410 for diagnostic, called other dealers in Texas and they charger $130.

Had me drop my truck off to get evaluated on a Thursday knowing full well there would be no one to check it out until the following Monday costing me $582 in rental fees. Had I known no one would be able to look at it I could have dropped it off the Monday he came back from training and time off.

I bought a used Chrysler PT cruiser from this dealership. The motor mounts were broken and when confronted with the safety issue, my husband and I were told they would fix it at our cost. They refused to give me the safety inspections that they supposedly did prior to selling the vehicle. They are a terrible company to deal with and I recommend no one ever buy or trade with them!

My 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited was towed to this dealer for warranty work on the transmission. This was on February 3, 2017. It is now March 2 and my vehicle has still not been repaired even though Jeep has authorized the repairs. The first week went by with no one returning our numerous calls for status. When I called Jeep to complain they assigned a case worker to assist me. The dealer will not return her calls either or when they do they lie. We have been given several dates when the vehicle will be ready but it never is... read more

They have the worst service department I have ever been to. They never answer their business phone and they never call to give you An update on your car. The representatives are rude and disrespectful. My car was damaged while it was there

On the July 16th, i was force to use All American Dodge because Toyota from who i purchased the car from , do not work dodge's, it took them two days to make the repairs. The repairs didn't work i still have the same problem,i have tried to reach out to American Dodge to inform them of my problem.To no avail, i have called the service rep. at lease (4) times no response,also i called the service mgr. again no response then i tried the general mgr. left my name and number no response.I feel very disrespected.But not surprised... read more
