There service department does NOTHING to help the customer they will not honor any other Chevrolet coupons I bought my truck there, 2021, the first oil change the service department secretary must of had a bad morning and was rude so I stopped going there I was trying to give them another chance , been going to circle Chevrolet in Shrewsbury, had work done at all American but huge mistake will never use there service department or buy another vehicle from them again
The servicemen were very professional and efficient. They got me in and out pretty quickly which i appreciate since i work overnights and came off shift and went directly for service so i was exhausted
