They were very quick and professional! Ryan did a wonderful job cleaning our 4 rooms and 2 rugs. I like that they had a basic clean, and a deeper clean (for more money) option. He checked out our rooms, showed us our options and got to work! Our carpets and rugs look and smell better!!
All American cleaned our whole house carpets. Very courteous, professional, and thorough. They were prompt, sent texts to advise of their arrival time. I would use them again, and recommend their services. Edited after seeing other reviews. The before beginning the technician verified the quote, made recommendations, and stuck with the quote.
Well I was really hoping to be impressed and I was over the first 24 hours but after about 1 day stains were not gone. I understand the red stains but also he recommended doing a level 2 over level 1 and paying more for it for the stain removal but the stains look the same. Our bedroom does not look any better and the stains that look like dirt still remain and we originally wanted a level 2 pet but he recommended level 1- with the way it looks I would have rather had level 2 and had stains removed.
