Technician did not use corner edge protectors, I had to place my shoes there to prevent wear and tear on my cabinet edges. Technician did not clean up after himself, I spent 10 minutes after he left, wiping up the wet floors, cleaning up after him, which I thought would be part of the service. For the $$$ I spent with All American carpet cleaners, I thought the service would be better. I have used them many times in the past, poorly trained staff. Did great job cleaning my rugs. Picked up and delivered them back. Very polite and efficient. Rugs done quickly. Will use again and recommend to anyone who has rugs to be cleaned.
They were very quick and professional! Ryan did a wonderful job cleaning our 4 rooms and 2 rugs. I like that they had a basic clean, and a deeper clean (for more money) option. He checked out our rooms, showed us our options and got to work! Our carpets and rugs look and smell better!!
