Great service My husband bought a bike here and they have provided excellent service since then. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We also have several friends who drive over to Damascus from Gaithersburg to have their bikes worked on here. They won't go anywhere else!
Wow. We dropped off the bike Tuesday and they said it would be a week. They called yesterday and it was done. We were having the bike tuned up with new tires, etc. The guy said that he decided to just do it when he had it up on the rack looking at it to see what it needed. Amazing turnaround!!
Best bike shop in the DC area I had brought my bike to half a dozen shops in DC and had it worked on by twice that number of mechanics before I found All American. This shop is the best by far. The mechanics are not only friendly and helpful, they are the most competent and thorough of any I've seen before, and they take the time to explain in detail what your bike needs and does not need.
