RecommendedThe customer service here is top notch. Matt spent over two hours fitting me to my new Trek Speed Concept to make sure I was perfectly dialed in. When the night before a national championship event I discovered my bike needed to be adapted to fit regulations, Matt stayed at the shop until 10 pm making sure I would be ok to race even though he himself needed to be up at 4 the next morning. I can’t save enough good things about Matt and All American and I am now a customer for life.
I wish that I could give this store more than five stars! I went in just for a tube repair kit and a couple of other things. Keith was outstanding and gave me his undivided attention. Not only did he help me find what I needed to buy, he also showed me how to replace a tube, and then installed all of the things I purchased onto my bike. As if that wasn't already above and beyond, he then helped carry my wheel out to my car and did all of this without hesitation! I have never been treated this well at any other store.
