They were so much more than helpful. My wife and I live just under the Mackinac bridge in uppermost northern lower Michigan. We were traveling downstate to purchase a new vehicle, when we blew a tire and were stranded on the expressway. Due to issues with our spare tire winch, we called all American auto in Standish, and had it towed there. We fell upon this amazing establishment by chance. Our tire blew out on I75 and after calling several local shops, this was the only one that actually had our tire size. The friendly voice over the phone told us to come down and he would get us all hooked up. We finally arrived via tow truck and walked in the door not knowing they were closed. I was looking for an affordable first car and I saw the car of my dreams, a 2006 Monte Carlo but there was one problem, it was $1000 over budget but Tim wouldn't hesitate to drop the price and cut us a great deal. The car had no rust, no mechanical issues, it's been driving around just fine for the past few months and I would 100% recommend All American to a friend. Also, my parents take all of their cars there for service and have always been pleased.
All American Auto was awesome. I had Brake issues on my truck and found out my brakes and rotors on the back of my truck all needed replaced. They are very courteous and friendly. Very professional showed me what was wrong and needed. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends.
I'm a 10 year veteran of the United States Marine Corps and All American Auto will get all my business and my families business. The owner treated me with the up most respect and I was not a dollar sign to him. He realizes what we veterans have sacrificed and appreciates us to the fullest. all american auto was aweome. i have had them work on my truck more than once, they are very professional, excellent work, and are very good about getting your vehicle in and out as quickly as possible. i woul recommend them too anyone in need of mechanical work.
Broke down coming from the UP and needed a new brake line. They had it done the next day at a reasonable price. I would recommend this place if you every break down in this area. Also, tow truck driver recommended even though AAA was sending me to a different place.
We have been taking our vehicles to All American Auto for several years. Tim has always been honest and fair on service / prices. Will continue and highly recommend this business to others.
