Ironically I do not have an American car, but after a poor experience at the BMW dealership and searching online reviews, I found All American Auto and they were willing to work on my German car. The BMW dealership said I needed new front brakes immediately (or I would DIE...at least that's the way they made me feel) & their quote for said brakes was ridiculous.
