Don't bother with these guys. Poor customer service. They diagnosed a faulty control panel for my oven. New part not available from the manufacturer. I found a refurbished part on the internet and once it was delivered, I called them back for them to install it (since I was charged for the initial visit and it was to be applied against my total bill). If I could list a negative number I would. Checked the problem and never returned. Waited patiently months to order a part and refused to return calls from warranty company.
I had a washing machine problem and this was th closest place that popped up. I made an appointment for the same day. Their guy came to check out my washer and were able to fix it on the spot. A couple of test and an hour later, I had a washer again. Thanks
