Very unprofessional. I dont know how you can LOOK at a screw and tell its stripped. Never took any tools out, just said he couldn’t fix it. Insisted that my mom pay him for gas when he did absolutely nothing. Lucky I wasn't home, don’t use him.
My dishwasher was leaking, when the gentleman came out to repair the dishwasher it had soap in it...nothing major and he saved the day...honest and upfront.
