Dr Calais was great and empathetic on my visit. The office manager on the other hand, his wife Teyoka Booth Calais is another story. She submitted an inaccurate balance to a third party debt collector to essentially extort the money out of me. $2300 balance for a standard office visit, no tests performed, just an office visit. She was extremely rude and condescending and would not even discuss the possibility of this being an error, instead insisting I pay.
All-American Allergy, Asthma and Immunology Center never invoice or let me know that I have unpaid balance. I just received this form a debt collector and this is first that heard of unpaid balance. They also never told me that this would not covered health insurance. Stay away from this business!
