Dr. Calais is the best doctor that I have ever seen for my son. He is empathetic and very caring. No other allergist was able to control my son’s enzyma, but Dr. Calais has managed to find the root of his skin condition. If my son has a flare, he is immediately taken care of. Definitely recommended and customer service is top tier.
Everyone is courteous and helpful. Dr. Calais is very thorough, courteous, and friendly, and answers all our questions. He has helped my wife with a rare condition which has improved her health.
Dr. Calais and his staff are amazing! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything to ensure I fully understood.
If you’re into being talked down to, second-guessed, and surrounded by negativity, then this place might be perfect for you. Management in particular seems more interested in creating confusion than offering any real direction. It’s hard to tell if they’re serious about anything—or anyone. There are plenty of other places that actually know how to treat people with respect and professionalism. This just isn’t one of them.
Dr. Calais was amazing at figuring out my allergy, and now I can breathe easily and do basic tasks with no issues. I didn't realize how debilitating my allergies were until this doctor figured out what I was allergic to. I no longer have to avoid areas with cedar, because he put me on a regimen to manage my issuess.
