My system failed in late afternoon on a Friday; I called, and Tech was out within 4-hours. My system was beyond economical repair, so SE hooked me up with an HVAC sales expert. Once Tracy arrived, she went into overdrive. Lined us up with a properly sized 3-ton unit, and identified how our ducting was failing due to age. We paid $15,000 for a brand new indoor and outdoor AC unit and received incredibly poor workmanship and nonexistent communication. First, the installation crew scuffed our washing machine and left putty on both the washer and dryer. On the day of installation, they told us the coils were not fully charged and promised someone would return the following day to finish the job.
