they installed AC units in all the new houses on our block. We've had nothing but problems right along with everyone else. Our unit has a rusted out drip pan after a year ? and it's not sloped right for the water to even go to the correct pipes. Now we have 2 huge leaks in our ceilings and black mold. for something brand NEW , it's costing us a ton of money.
